I'll add more on the history later but here's the video of the first ride that I witnessed. I believe it was the first ride.

The bike is an Evo style Ultima motor with 114 ci displacement.  The entire motorcycle was built at Engines by Otto in Sugar Grove, Illinois over the course of about two years.

The engine was purchased first, then a rolling chassis. Very little remains of the engine or the roller. I'd like to go into everything Otto did to the engine but a lot of it is lost. There's fairly extensive head work and a custom intake manifold. S&S carb. The tins were fabricated by a friend, paint was by another friend whose work can be seen here.  The remainder of the fabrication and build was performed by Otto himself.
